If you're looking for a light double stroller the weight and size are key factors to take into consideration. Choosing one that's simple to use and compact when not in use will make it easier to put into the trunk of your car and maneuver through airport gates and streets.
The best lightweight strollers feature an easy, light fold and self-standing mechanism to lessen the burden on parents' bodies. A few also come with a broad variety of seating options and can accommodate infant car seat carriers.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus

Designed for families who are constantly on the move. Lightweight and compact, with an easy one-handed fold. All-terrain wheels and front suspension as well as a multi-position reclining seat will accommodate children as heavy as 50 lbs. The tray for parents and children and a large storage basket and 3-tiered extended canopy with windows that peek out at the sun provide maximum protection.
The Cloud scored one of the lowest marks in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a flimsy seat, made of hard plastic, and a design which appears outdated. It is also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This makes it a poor option for parents looking for the cheapest option.
It's not the lightest stroller but it comes with enough features that it is worth a look. The swiveling wheels make it easy to maneuver it on flat surfaces. It can also jump curbs with ease. The Cloud's low, almost knee-high handle has a disadvantage. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push your legs suspended in the air, and it doesn't help that it's not cushioned.
During our testing, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and open. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You need to slide the slider, and then press a large white button. This can be a hassle if you are juggling children while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a compact, but deep storage basket. It's large enough to accommodate a large diaper bag. It's not the greatest width however, and you'll likely have to put something in to reach back to get it back. The Cloud includes an adult tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. However, both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

Joovy Kooper X2
The Kooper X2 is an excellent choice for parents seeking a stroller that is light and can hold two children. The sling-style seats are comfortable and provide a similar amount of headroom, which allows kids to sit side-by-side. The Kooper X2 is unique in that it offers a fully reclining seat, which makes it an ideal choice for napping. The recline feature is simple to use, but it's not really flat.
